We were lucky enough to be sent the trio of natural dog shampoos from Denca Ibiza to use on our three doggies, Pops, Puggy Smalls and Pomegranate.
As passionate dog lovers, and the owners of two rescues, we were initially drawn to the brand as they offer shampoos to animal shelters to give the stray dogs a pamper session to help them look and feel their best for potential adopters. This kindness, combined with exceptional brand values aligned with us entirely, making it an obvious choice for our dogs and we are so pleased we discovered them!
The branding is perfect. The bottles are all uniform, with a designated colour defining the fragrance. They are reminiscent of sunblock bottles and remind us of summertime and good vibes. They also look super chic on the bathroom shelf, which is always a winner in our eyes!
We decided to put the products to the test, and we were very impressed with the results. The range includes a fragrance-free shampoo, an almond shampoo, and a mandarin shampoo, and each one is suitable for all dogs, large and small, from pups to golden oldies!
Our three dogs are all so different, but the results of Denca Ibiza was impressive across the board! We have Puggy Smalls, with short, dense, white fur. Pomegranate, a rescue Pomeranian with a very fluffy, tangle prone coat, and finally Pops, our senior dachshund with flaky skin and thinning short fur.
The bath time experience was a breeze with all three! The shampoos develop into a beautifully luxurious lather, giving each dog’s fur and coat a thorough clean. It’s also very easy to rinse, so the dogs were in and out of the bath in record time, making the whole process completely stress free! The shampoos look and feel very premium, and the fragrances are truly divine! Our personal favourite is the almond, it left Pomegranate so silky smooth, and the fragrance is utterly irresistible!
If you prefer your shampoo without any perfumes, they offer a fragrance-free version also, but Denca Ibiza shampoos are so gentle that they are all suitable, even for the most sensitive types like our little rescue dachshund Pops.

This all-natural dog shampoo has surpassed all our expectations and we cannot rate it highly enough! All three dogs are looking super healthy and shiny and its even helped to alleviate Pops’ dry skin in just one wash! We can’t wait to see the longer-term benefits as we use it regularly and we urge you all to stock up, as this brand is one to watch! We love it, our only wish is that they would release a human version too, as I have hair envy of my pooches!
